The HTC-A155FMS Series has been specifically design to address the needs of ATM network professional working in the Singlemode and Multimode fiber cable environments.

These converters offer high speed transparent conversion  between Singlemode cable segments and Multimode fiber segments at ATM network. Added flexibility is available with ST and SC connectors. In addition, we also offer multimode to Multimode and Singlemode to Singlemode Converter.

Today’s networks utilize a variety of fiber cables to meet the demands of bandwidth and cable distances. The HTC-A155FMS Series specifically addresses these needs by transparently converting Multimode fiber to Singlemode fiber cable in one small high performance device. Now the network designer can accommodate different fiber cables to suit specific requirements while still being able to transcend the physical differences in cable specifications.

The HTC-A155FMS Series can accommodate FDDI, ATM and Fast Ethernet without any drop in performance. They can handle any protocol between 1Mbps and 155Mbps. A Singlemode to Singlemode and Multimode to Multimode version is also available for increased cable distance.

Expands the size of an Existing Network – provides fiber connectivity to ATM segments allowing for even further networking expansion between extended Workgroups. Offers building to building connectivity without the need to employ costly and MIS intensive Routers.

Enhances the Distance between Network Devices – connecting the HTC-A155FMS to fiber segments can further extended distance up to maximum 100,000 meters between networking nodes. This can be achieved by direct connection between the converter and a fiber based node or networking devices.

Cabling Flexibility – put different fiber cabling anywhere within a network. Compact side allows the converter to be easily deployed in any narrow desktop location or used in wall mount installation.
